Building muscle and losing fat at a healthy weight?
Thursday, May 21st, 2009gustergirl83 asked:
I’ve been dieting and losing fat and am now at a healthy weight that I’m happy with, however I still have more body fat than I would like. Should I continue dieting (taking in less calories than I’m using) and trying to lose more fat before I start eating more calories and building muscle via strength training, or should I increase my calorie intake and start building muscle now, and assume that I will be able to burn more fat as I go and stay at around the same weight? Thanks!
